Review of the new Google OS for tablets

Okay.This is pretty unusual review.As a main device for this test,I have used Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.



Also,I tested Motorola Xoom and compare them both with Apple iPad 2.



So,lets start.



Android 3.0 is OS for tablets,It’s optimized for big screens and It’s pretty fast.I have used Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Motorola Xoom for test and the Galaxy was a little bit faster.Android 3.0 is very similar to iOS from Apple.Big icons,big screens and simple use.Also,Android 3.0 have got great power of personalisation.You can change icons,background,widgets,menu and almost everything else.Graphic is excellent.Pre-installed icons and widgets are great.Also,there is a lot of free apps in Android Market. On Andorid 3.0 you don't have any button.There’s no even back button.And that is pretty cool.Now,lets compare Samsung and Motorola with iPad 2.



Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 vs. Motorola Xoom vs. Apple iPad 2



I got best tablets on the market (In my opinion).Powerful processors,great screens and solid build quality.But,let’s compare Samsung and Motorola software with Apple iPad 2.Samsung and Motorola are running on the Android 3.0 Honeycomb and iPad has new iOS from Apple.All three devices has powerful processors.Samsung has Nvidia Tegra 2 processor on 1.0 GHz,Motorola also has Nvidia Tegra 2 on 1 Ghz,but iPad has powerful Dual Core Apple A5 chipset on 1.2 GHz.On my tests,iPad was the fastest one.But,Samsung and Motorola have better graphic and more intuitive OS.So,It's your choice do you want iOS or Android.



Conclusion



Android 3.0 Honeycomb is awesome OS for tablets.Great graphic,excellent personalization and solid speed.Also,you have got a lot of free apps in Andorid Market.Google did a great job with every Android version,and this one isn’t exception.Very good.
